Please note that custom-made stamps are eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect or a layout error on our part.

Package Your Item
Securely place the unused stamp or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Return
Send your package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely and processed quickly.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your corrected replacement product.
