What is the difference between self-inking and pre-inked stamps?
Self-inking stamps have a built-in ink pad that the die hits before every impression, while pre-inked stamps have the ink molded directly into the stamp die for a crisper, high-quality impression.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes, you can upload your custom designs in JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI formats. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution black and white vector files.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large office orders?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Please contact our customer service team for a personalized quote on orders of 25 items or more.
What is your return policy for customized products?

How do I re-ink my stamp when it runs dry?
We sell replacement ink pads and bottled ink for all our stamp models. Simply remove the internal pad and add a few drops of ink, or swap it with a fresh pre-filled pad.
